Important Information for Parents
Under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, Flips4Girls is permitted to collect the email address of a child under 13 in order to respond to a one-time request by them for information, – for example, sending an email about our website being launched. We use this information to respond to the one request only, and delete your child’s email address from our system after doing so. If your child under 13 subscribes to our information, we will ask for your email address, which we use to notify you by email that your child asked to receive the Flips4Girls information on an ongoing basis. If you do not want your child to receive our information by email, you may ask us to stop sending the Flips4Girls information and remove your child’s information from our information database by following the “unsubscribe” instructions found in their initial notification email or at the end of any Flips4Girls information.

Flips4Girls.com where kids can send an email to a friend telling them about the site. The Flips FANatic form asks for the sender's first name and their friend's first name and email address. The e-mail address is used only to send an e-mail with information about Flips4Girls to the friend. It is not stored by Flips4Girls or used for any other purpose.

Parents can prevent further collection or use of their child's personal information by deleting that child's registration on the registration update page or by unsubscribing the child from the Flips4Girls information by following the directions contained in the information.
